I bought a Black Combat Shoe from your online store on 23rd November 2016(Order ID: 1097116) for which I paid 1,549INR.


I now find the product have the following fault:-


I have found a product was completely different via look and material both. In addition to this, shoe zip was torn.


After that I tried to lodge a complaint for the refund of the same but there was no option to exchange or refund the product in the order history. After lodging the complaint, you arranged the pick-up of the product and again you created the reshipment of the same product on my behalf without even informing me and now replying me that I have to accept the same product again as you don't have refund policy.


Under the Consumer Rights Act 1986, it is everyone consumer’s right to be informed about the quality, quantity, potency, purity, standard and price of goods or services, I request you kindly provide the full refund.


I have been trying to contact you via phone since 28.Nov.2016 but till now your number is busy. I am attaching the product invoice, kindly look into this matter or else, I will lodge a complaint in Consumer court.
