300 GRAM CHOPED GARLIC


100 GRAM CHOPED JINGER


100 ML LIMBU ESSENCE


SALT AS REQUIRED


HOW TO COOK



PUT ALL THE INCREDIATS INTO A GLASS JAR. CLOSE THE JAR WITH ITS LID. KEEP IT FOR ONE WEEK.


THE GARLIC PICKLE IS READY TO SERVE.
