Do you believe that fire is hot? Do you believe that it will burn your finger if you touch it? Well, now you may think ‘What! Is it a question? It’s obvious, we all know it, there’s no question of believing it.’

True. When you know something or understand it with logics, reasoning & conceptually, then it becomes your reality. Then you don’t have to close your eyes & imagine about it, because now you can observe & feel it anywhere.

Then why do you believe all the bullshit & absurd nonsense that you are programmed to believe? Let us make it simple. Do you believe in God? Now whether ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, but you believe something, something that you don’t know about. Even atheists ‘believe’ that there is no God. Just try to understand; theists & atheists are no different, they are travelling on the same boat, facing opposite sides & only pretending to be contradictory. But in reality they both are same, they both believe something that they do not know.

Then why not to know what the hell God really is? Now many of you may think that I’m questioning your religion or “I know He is Krishna or Jesus or Allah or whatever.” But I’m neither questioning your God nor religion, all I’m questioning are your beliefs. We don’t actually know what it is & that’s the only reason of all conflicts & religious fights. This isn’t a fight b/w good & evil or God v/s God, it’s only a fight b/w beliefs, of illusions v/s Illusions. If we have not ever seen or experienced Him, then we shouldn’t believe Him at all. But at the same time, we shouldn’t also be so hard to assume that there is nothing like God. What else we should do, is to search for the real fact. And that’s what I think should be the ultimate purpose of every human being, to know the Truth, to be a seeker, to learn at every moment & grow.

But this concept of God is just one example. We should apply this mind set in all aspects of our lives. Nothing is esoteric in this world. Only theories won’t take us anywhere unless we gain a practical experience or knowledge of it. Every year many theories are accepted as well as rejected by the science community, like, spontaneous generation, caloric theory, structure of atom, Newtonian physics, ether theory, etc. Also, The Big Bang theory & Darwin’s theory of evolution, perhaps the most famous ones, are still contradictory & no less than a paradox.

Now, this doesn’t mean that we should give up on thinking new ideas or stop listening to anybody else, but we should use our critical mind. We should at least apply that idea in our practical life no matter on how small level you do it, and check its validity rather than believing that it will work. Instead of collecting the info of many things, focus on the concept on one thing. Info is abundantly available on internet, we need not to mimic that. It’s the knowledge that will make us grow & knowledge comes from practical experiences, not only by reading a book or article.

As already said “It’s alright to doubt, what you have been taught to believe.” And last but not the least, we shouldn’t believe what one says, we should research what he said.
