Grand Forte is really grand in itself . Excellent location, Spacious rooms and adequate ventilation, One cannot get anything better than this. I was not sure that I would be able to buy a spacious house in NCR in less than 50 L. I bought 3 bedoom apartment ( around 1900 sq feet ,ready to move) and feel lucky to find it. It is an excellent buy.

The builder is very cooperative and takes care of any problem which comes up. They are upgrading each and every apartment to E-Home, could become the first in Greater Noida. There is 100 % percent power backup which covers up the errant power supply.

Estate Manager resides in the complex to take care of any issues of the residents. The MD Mr Vaswani from IIT is very cooperative and came to my help when there was some issue with the carpenter who was making modular kitchen,
