Hello guys this blog is regarding for health and fitness . how to maintain our health and fitness . so that now at this 21 santury the health issues are increses because of environment population. so to fit and healthy we have to maintain our health and fitness is very important. in this time people regret or lazy to do workout or exercises. thats why the health issues are to much more since that. everyday there are so many people was died because of health issues. at this time thats the biggest problem of that. in privious santury there no any heath issues people they all are very healthy people . but now because of industry, population or laziness the heath issue rating is to much increses. todays generation the people eat anything so the channces to do food poisioning. now the people are to much lazy thgey are not doing any exercise or gym . they have not eating proper food and not doing gym or exercise thats why the health issues are are increses. at this time people know to that how health is important to us . mahatma gandhi once said that THA HEALTH IS THE GOOD WEALTH. without health we can not do anything. beacuse health is the precious than other thing . first priovority gievn to health. without good health we can not success in life. if you well then only you can do anything. thats why health is more important than other. there are several things to contribute or useful for good health. like sunlight, fresh air, pure water, this is natural things which are very important to our health . health is precious than other thing without good health we cant serveio. now the condition is that people are very lazy and not doing gym or exersize. thats why the lots of people or children are died because of polution or health issues. now the new generation know the importants of health nad fitness. so that to many boys are joined the gym for body building or so many girls are doing exersize to look fit thats the big achievment is that. there are to many advantages of good health. when are good health we can achive anything . without good health we cant do anthing. some disadvantages of gym or exercise . like some people whos are extra or over confidence people do anything or any wrong way thats also very dangerous or bad affect on our body. some time the people died also. and same as over exercise or wrong ways do anything that also affect our body . so when you do gym or exercise do in proper way or safely. "HEALTH IS WEALTH " thats the true quotes, because without good health we can not de anything or achieve anything in the sense we cant lived without goopd health. so do proper gym of exercise and built a good health . to acive a good health or fitness we have to follow the things means that maintaining our diet well . regularly do exercise or gym for fitness. do morning or evening walk in a day. or do cycling or running or swimming . this things stay your health good so maintain all of that. and most useful and very important thing is that to get proper sleep or meditation. so do proper exercise and achieve a good health or fitness.
