i Have bought Hitachi A/c that cost me Around 40000. when we have installed it the outer unit is dead. when we called. I have called for engineer he came and told us that first he will refill the gas then will le us know the status. when we approach for replacement to Prakash senior Mgr and Vijay sitting in Okhla ph1 hitachi office they clear told us that it can be only repaired.

Now just imagine first the way we have got the reply after spending that much amount from claimed number one company in ac,s.and secondly we have to except the defective and repaired ac.

i am planing to take leagal action that is under process.

same thing happen with my friend he has bought HITACHI and the inner unit has horrible sound, that has been replaced after 3 times repair.

think 1000 times to go for HITACHI product. because you will buy in this summer and will get ok one in winter and the same will use in next summer :)
