I applied Home loan online from HDFC and it went to HDFC Sales, Adugodi, bangalore. Now it took almost 25 days and I have not yet got the sanction letter even tracked 5 times a day and visited 2 times to their office too. After every third day they will ask for new document which was not informed earlier.

Their staffs dont have proper experience and senior staff does not support them. No one will give you senior staff mail id or phone no to escalate. I also got to know that intentionally they delay if they have monthy target over to carry forward to fulfill next month target.

I even got to know internally from their executives that lot more clients also suffered like me.

If unfortunately your application gone to them its better to cancle and go via agent or Kasturba road HDFC home loan branch.
