Dear Readers,

My father just bought a new car, the all new Honda City 1.5 iVTec S MT after 6 months of monitoring and researching the automobile market in India.

To my great misfortune, I noticed a defect in the windscreen of the car. As you look through the windscreen you realise that your vision seems distorted through different areas on the windscreen and a double reflection of the visual can be seen.

The very next day I contacted my dealer - Arya Honda - Prabhadevi Mumbai to pick up the car to check the windscreen defect. It has been 4 days and Honda has still to revert on the case.

I hope it all gets fixed and I get the windscreen replaced. If not, I will have to shell out extra money to replace the screen and will file a lawsuit against Honda for the manufacuring defect and causing monetary loss and stress.

Please help me out. Need to speak to Honda management.
