Honda Dream Yuga and Suzuki Hayate are two lately launched bikes in Indian market in 110 -125cc category. Designed especially for the mass segment belonging to the rural parts of India, both the companies are expecting to make a mark in the low cost bike category in Indian automobile market.

Design


Honda Dream Yuga is an inspired version of Honda shine which comes in Aerodynamic shape with Attractive Front design hood. Suzuki Hayate has been given the inspired tank design from Suzuki GS150r; on comparing the tank design, Dream Yuga looks much decent.


Colors


Honda Dream Yuga is available in five variants –Black, Alpha red Metallic, Monsoon Grey Metallic, Maple Brown and Force Silver.


Suzuki Hayate Bike is comes in five color variants including Gem Mica Red, Metallic Lush Green, GL sparkle Black, Pearl Mirage white and Metallic flint.


Engine and Performance


Honda Dream Yuga is incorporated with powerful 109cc Air cooled four stroke SI engine which delivers great power and torque ensuring remarkable acceleration. The bike can generate the maximum power of 9BHP at 8000RPM and can produce the peak torque of 9Nm at 6000RPM. Suzuki also comes with approx. similar displacement of 112cc in the Air cooled four stroke SOHC engine. With this powerful engine, Suzuki can deliver the maximum torque of 8.8Nm and 8.4PS of peak power.


Mileage


Both Honda Dream Yuga and Suzuki Hayate can provide the mileage of around 72 km per liter.


Features


Honda Dream Yuga comes with alloy wheels over which it is fitted with a long seat which can make a rider and pillion sit comfortably for a ride. Exteriorly, the bike is designed with attractive graphics on the whole painted areas and fitted with a Stylish Grab Rail at the back of the seat.


On the Other hand, Suzuki Hayate is accompanied with Aluminum Cast Wheels and a voluminous Fuel Tank on the front which comes with the capacity of 8 liters. On the front and rear of the Bike you’ll see Stylish lights and on the back of the low height seat of the bike is Aluminum Die Cast Grab Bars.


Price comparison


Suzuki Hayate has been priced approx. Rs.37K in India for its kick start version (Ex-Showroom) while for its self-start version at Ex-showroom it will cost approx. Rs.39K. Honda Dream Yuga on the other hand has been priced approx.. Rs.44K in India.
