Sodium chloride has so many stories in Indian culture.If any person has been ate any other person's food with salt then we say we must have to be keep gratitude for that person as he had given us food. Or we have eaten salt of that person. Means salt is the most important constituent in our diet. If we have fast we didn't eat salt so that we could realize some things regarding our life. Okay let it we will see here how sodium is harmful to us? We assume that eating less sodium is good for body . But without sodium we can't get energy. Even we can't walk, run or doing any activity. Some Dr. gives advice that eat less sodium so that you can control B P . But I think that we must have to eat sodium in balance . We think that, due to eating anything less & more we have problem of BP but it not . Due to mental condition we have the problem of BP or heart attack.


If sodium is less we have swelling on our legs, as well as our mental condition also become weak. Sodium creates a lot of mental disorder. And sometimes due to mental disorder we create a lot of physical problems.


Still we know that high sodium increases B P & Heart problems .


It creates more pressure on kidneys & kidney gets failed.


It shows symptoms on the skin as like pimples, scratches on the skin.


Due to increasing level of sodium we have etching problem and our blood become poisons .


It can increase sinusitis problem


There are some evidences that too much sodium can damages kidneys, heart, Aorta without increasing blood pressure.


It will damage bone density & bone becomes brittle.


Eating more sodium increases chances of stroke, kidney stones & arthritis, as well as joint pain. This is my observation.
