This is main for htc users about the services provided by the customer service executive .I must say it is very bad .I have a htc incredible S and I am experiencing problems in my phone, when I call the customer care no the response which I get is very bad.my phone instead of getting better it has got more verse.when any problem is told to them they just tell to wait and provide an information and will tell u the steps which is very basic .or if that solution also does not solve the problem they try to get away by telling we will mail u the solution or give your phone to the service center.They expect us to give good feedback and fill in their survey, how far it is justified to give my time just for the waste.18002663566 call and check
