lottery system of plot by HUDA Haryana invited unnecessary applicants who already have many plots.DDA has done a good job restricting the applicants & allotting one plot to one family ,& not to those who already possess plot or home.PAN number & bank account statement is is mandatory .Only one application per applicant with maximum of five choices.if this can be implemented in Haryana or not.This will lead to end user getting more plots than middle man ,who immediately sale plot after allotment.
