HERE IS FULL STORY

I HAD PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT CAR ALARM SYSTEM ON 10/10/09 FROM APPU CARS NEW DELHI THIS IS NEW PRODUCT SO THEY RECOMMEND ME PLEASE USE THIS IN FRONT OF AUTOCOP & XENOX . I SAID OKAY . THIS WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY WHOLE LIFE THERE no service backup in ncr delhi ,if you call mgt helpline they always give simple excuse we will come day after tomorrow the day after tomorrow will never come. FROM THE DATE I had purchased mgt remote center locking I am facing problems after 1 week remote of the lock don't work I had done complaint to helpline same as above we will sent our workman tomorrow but day never come & now sensor sound of the central locking is not working from last 25 days I am daily calling mgt helpline they are telling bring car to delhi we will sort your problem why because we did not have any backup in faridabad. If you Dont have any backup in NCR how can you launch your product giving assurance to costumer .Kindly sort out my problem in next few days otherwise Ihave to take Action Against your company thats why I will never recommend your product to any of my friends or I have to post this problem in internet sites like mouthshut.com or carwale .com
