This is not about politicians or political parties. It is about individuals who are managing the affairs of the country. Today we have some very intellectual people in the government. To begin with we have an educated, intellectual and highly dignified prime minister in Dr. Manmohan Singh, who conducts the country's affairs with grace, poise and dignity. I am yet to come across an incident showing him behaving unruly in the parliament or resorting to bullying and shouting tactics. So is the home minister Mr. Chidambaram. The way he has been handling this portfolio is commendable, especially when we have hooligans in the garb of politicians in the parliament who never leave an opportunity to flex their muscles.

The we have the finance Minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee who again seems to be doing a good job. Many may not agree with my point of view, but again it is not possible to please everyone everytime.

Today our PM is counted among the top 10 intellectual world leaders. Wherever he goes, he is grace personified and his personality speaks volumes. His quite demeanor may sometimes be misinterpreted wrongly. If only we had more educated, intellectual and able people to run the country, we would have overtaken China and US a long time ago.

If only some of the politicians who participate in the parliamentary affairs would shut up and think for the benefit of the country and not their personal benefits, a lot of processes and decisions would speeden up.
