I bought a house at Ozone Villa Wagholi Pune. Builder gave us Jaquar products. When I bought house I was in a impression that Jaquar products are very good. Builder told me that they are providing 7 years of warranty. I was impressed with builders decision to provide Jaquar products.

The pain started after 2 months we moved to our new house. First spray (I am not sure what it called, but its spray used in toiled) lever broke. We called customer care and they send one representative. He asked us where is broken lever, we told that it fall under toilet. Then he said that it will charge you rupee 40/-, because you dont have broken part. We paid.

Again after one month another spray of other toilet broke. We again called customer care and this time we gave him broken lever, and he didnt charge any thing and replaced it. When we ask him that why company is making these lever of plastic in place of metal, he said that in all jaquar product this part is of plastic. When we asked our neighbor about this spray they told us that because of poor quality it keep breaking so they replaced them with some local spray with metal lever.

After one year of uses, the mixer knob of one bathroom start leaking. I called customer care and representative came and told that this knob he need to get a replacement from company, so he will come after some days and took that knob.

I got call from customer care and they are saying that because of uses the knob is broken from inside and they cannot replace that. When I asked them that what is covered in warranty then she told me that only visiting charges are covered not part if broken. I told her that if your product cannot survive for 1 year then why we should spend so much big amount to buy jaquar produt.

I am facing this problem within one year of uses, looking not to get repaired if some more thing broke down. Better would be to try some other company not jaquar.
