Success Journey:
He started his career as a supervisor in a Pune based company and contributed to make it handsome profits. This was when he decided to get into Real Estate.
Mr Lalit Kumar Jain has been the Managing Director of Kumar Urban Development Limited(KUL) since February 3, 2003.
Lalit Kumar Jain started his journey with the development of 35,000 sq. ft. and with quality being the utmost priority he within very short tenure of 5 years delivered 1.4 million sq. ft. spaces which are quite remarkable provided with the competition in Real estate in Pune.
He has set a benchmark for all the builders in Pune and has constructed more than 100 projects.
With company motto “We Build Trust” he practises what he preaches.
His Kumar Builders KUL provides with 1 BHK Flat in Pune, IT Buildings, Retail Malls, IT Park and communities. Every project of him is eco-friendly and causes no harm to nature, Thus he has been designated with the tag of Green Man of Pune.
Mr Lalit Kumar Jain holds Partnerships at Kumar Builders Conso, Kumar Sons, Kruti Family Trust, Kumar Builders Mumbai, Techno Lifestyle Development Corporation, Avi Constructions and Kumar Developer.
For contribution in the social and business field, he is the winner of Man of the Year in the year 2008 by Accommodation Times, Rashtriya Udyog Samman Puraskar for individual achievements in economic development in 2006, Pune Ratna Award
Future Plans:
Mr Jain plans for CREDAI and during the ceremony said that the developer community as such has been facing several problems relating to transparency in transactions and that is our topmost priority.
Mr Lalit Kumar Jain added “We at CREDAI have planned to tackle with this problem head-on and ensure customer delight in our transactions. We are also keen to ensure that customer relationship management touches new high in real estate and make real estate as transparent as it gets.”
