Well.. I miss Cauvery ford so much. Lathangi ford service is horrible. They have absolutely no process in place.

Its been four plus years since I bought my Ford Fiesta 1.4 Zxi durotorq (diesel).

The car is simply a great piece. However, these ford people haven't refurbished their process styles and after sales service.

Initially Cauvery did the service for the first couple of years. Then I switched to Metro but, metro has their own problems.

Finally I came to lathangi. Oh man this is the absolute mess you can find on earth. People here are not sure what they need to do next. There is no one to properly control the process. They always take the car beyond 2-3 days and finally I end up fighting to get it back. This is the 3rd time and I am now totally frustrated with the kinda service they do. They promise to deliver the vehicle and never keep it up. There are problems after they service (which wasn't see before service). I am not sure if they have real good authorised engineers.

After all these they are expensive as well.

Its high time Ford gave this a serious thought.
