Please don't buy anything from LG India electronics.

There are fake commitments given by LG while selling products.

I had a bad experience from LG product service.

While purchasing LG split AC,LG offered me one year free service,but there was no single servicing given to my AC by LG.

I had followed up with my dealer as well as LG customer care since 4 months ,but there was false commitments given by them.

I had registered my complaint with LG customer care RNA120616050319.

Due to no response for service within 1 year,my free service period has expired,now LG asked me that I have to pay a servicing cost of 400+service tax,with a lot of trouble in service,i still agreed to pay that amount as warranty period has crossed.Still no engineer turned up to service my AC.

The current situation is my AC got blocked due to non servicing.

Now,I have decided to log a complaint in consumer court.

I urge everyone , don't purchase any of LG electronics goods.
