On Sunday, 17 May 2009, I went to beauty parlor with my friend. Except us, there were two employee girls in that parlor. My friend kept our mobile and her purse on the bench. And I lost my SAMSUNG SGH E840 mobile. I thought it might be somewhere here only. Therefore, we give miss calls but my phone was unreachable. I thought that it might have fallen somewhere where there is network problem. After giving our alternative contact number to employee of parlor, we returned to our home with heavy hearts. In the evening, I visited that parlor with a hope to find my mobile. The parlor owner told me that they have searched but have not found my mobile. I was very upset and came back home.

After 2 hours, my friend in Mumbai (whose number I have set in my tracker’s recipient name) rang me and told me that he got a message from my mobile (due to its tracker feature). He told me that somebody had inserted a new SIM in my mobile. And he told me the number. Without wasting my time, I went to Chandivali Police Station and filed a complaint of mobile theft because now, I am dam sure that I have not lost my mobile but somebody stolen it. I told everything and gave the number to police, which I got through my mobile tracker.

Next day, I got a call from police station that they have found the name and number of the SIM owner. Police Inspector told me that he wants my help in catching the thief. I agreed to help him and went to parlor with his two police constables. I went inside and talked to the parlor owner and employees. While talking to them, I asked their name and contact number so, that I do not have to go repeatedly. They gave their name and number.

By the grace of God, one employee girl has given me the same number, which I got from my tracker. I am confirmed that she is the thief. I came out and told everything to police. Police caught her.

Police did their duty and next day I got my mobile. It is all because of tracker and the support of police and my friend that today my cell is in my hands – safe and secure.
