At Mahagun, My Woods Phase-3 they were selling flats @rs.3590/ sq.ft. 3 Months ago(check their website) without any modular kitchen/ ACs/ Woodwork in Bedroom but now they are offering these additional facilities at even lesser rate of Rs.2950/ sq.ft.(check Times Classifieds Dated 06.04.2014) at same site. Clear case of Cheating their existing Customers!
