As sitting in a office, I was thinking of my boss, aise toh no need to think bcoz boss is a one person who never goes out of ur mind.

But I was wondering when I ll have a team under me, even I ll be like this?

i have worked under three employers, three of them totally different, having totally different style of work. As such I got to learn a lot from all of them, all of them have contributed in developing my personality. But still...............

BOSS IS BOSS...............

Sometimes Bosses irritate a lot, they feel as if staff is not doing anything. Once I do remember, I was really irritated with my boss. so I started looking for a job, I dont know from where he got to know that  I m searching for another job, he called me and asked me , I have heard that u r looking for another job, I told him ki sometimes I feel bad that u dont like the way I do my job so its better that I shud change a job. At that time I he told me u shud never change ur job bcoz of some one else. u shud nt think like this. I thought its just maske baji so that I ll not leave a job.

Now as I have left whenever I talk to him, he talk to me in a friendly way.

But why after leaving only? why cant we gain confidence of our employees during the tenure.
