Last week I had visited a shop situated at Krishna Shopping Complex, Land Mark: Opposite Ganga Nursing Home, RAIGARH-496001(CG). The sign board clearly mentioning the name "NEXT" with your web address next.co.in. The manager of the shop also confirmed that it was the same famous "Next" chain.

I had selected two-three home appliances like Microwave oven, Vacuum Cleaner etc. While making payment through card I was shocked to know that I had to pay @2% additional since it was a card payment or else I had to make payment through cash. I was feeling short changed.

I had never faced such a demand from any shop before.

Please confirm why NEXT retail is forcing their customer to pay additional 2% for card payments? Or please advise what I should do now?
