In this age of smartphones and iphones, my experiences with phones aren't very interesting. My first phone was a modest Nokia 7210 supernova which I am still using to this date. My sister got it for me on the eve of Holi in march 2009, and the little bugger has lasted more than 4 years of being manhandled, dropped on concrete roads, losing a few of its buttons and losing the last bit of the metallic shine that it once proudly possessed. It has been by my side through some difficult times, like once when it was almost stolen. I was travelling in a crowded bus, and my hands were busy clutching on to the handle bars so as to not get thrown out by the overbearing crowd. I could feel a slight fiddling sensation in my pants' pocket, but I couldn't do anything about it because I was stuck. As I got ready to get down at my stop, I checked my pocket and found my mobile almost on the verge of falling out of my pocket. But as luck would have it, it is still here with me, tattered and tormented, looking ahead for a few more experiences with it.
