We have validated your case with our concerned department and found that it is mentioned under terms & conditions on the Hotel voucher provided to customer, that the Individual component(Hotel or flight) cannot be cancelled. Also, these booking are non-refundable in case of cancellation of entire booking. So, we regret to inform you that no refund is possible in case of cancellation of single component(Hotel or flight).
