Source Trace Systems is a stupid company in Coimbatore

A guy who had to test an app atleast for 10 hrs he was given just 2hrs. There was a bug in it, and it was released as such. So the concerned lead(ArunKumar) he had recommend for a salary cut of that guy. Which is shear stupidity. Its the responsibility of the developer also, since the developer was close to him he was not even told any thing. When that QA guy explained this it was a developer mistake & he was not given sufficient time, he was first removed from the team and the next day from the company.

Another guy who was new to desktop app development was asked to develop and there was a scenario to test in that. He had develop the app. There was a particular scenario to test in it. While testing that case it gave a few errors. While delivering the demo, the lead took a leave and he told he will come online & never came & when tried to call he picked the call at late night & scolded the developer manytimes that, dont u know this. He at a point of time asked how could I knew this as I am new to this domain. Arun got angry and he started targeting him. Later he was asked to develop a mobile app, but a complex app which is his domain since it was complex it was taking time, he explained each & every one why it was taking time. One day Sandeep called him but seems he had kept his mobile & gone out more over he had called from Skype so he cant call back him also. Next day he was terminated telling the same reason that he didn't pick Sandeep Call. When he asked Sandeep he told his performance was not good. Later the mobile app which developed 90% was taken & was used by this people.

There are so many people like this terminated. Please don't join there.
