i bought a mattress and a cot 10 months back. the mattress is of poor stitch quality. the mattress of NITRAA FURNITURES is not upto standards.

It has lost its shine and the mattress is not as cushioned as it should be. I resent having bought it.

Besides, their (NITRAA FURNITURES/ CHENNAI) CUSTOMER CARE IS POOR. When sending mails, they do not acknowledged.

A fortnight back, I made a call and they told they would visit and remedy. None has turned up yet.

Beware. Better be cautious with NITRAA FURNITURES.
