This is to inform you that I have not received my payment till now. My Balanced MS Points is 525. I had acquired these points by 26th of Feb. 2016. I had also won a Picture Review Contest where the prize money was Rs. 50/-. According to your rules & regulation I am supposed to receive Rs. 550/-. I have also submitted my Bank details. Please inform me if any other document of mine is required then I will send it to you asap.Please also inform me when I may receive my dues as mentioned above.
