This week I begin balancing ALOT. I'm trying to finish my events management diploma alongside pre reading for my English Literature degree. Faith (my 9 month old) is wanting to be extremely active, at the moment she loves crawling around our lawn and trying to eat everything in her way.
I need to get majorly fit. As in marathon fit. I've balloted to run for Amnesty International in order to raise money for their human rights campaigns in countries such as Iran, Burma, China, The U.S and Ireland. For the next four weeks ive got to gradually step up my fitness, which means alternating nights of cardio and muscle building. So if anyone knows of any books or DVD's that can help....please let me know.
