A wise old gentleman retired after teaching young students graduating out of college. He purchased a modest home close to a junior high school, but away from the hum and hub of city life. He assuming that being close to school will help him to be in touch with modern academic and the generation next. His wife was not happy for having moved away from the city. He was unhappy as the school was closed for vacations. He was missing the students. He bided his time to wait for the summer to go off.

The first few weeks of his retirement went in peace and contentment and he was happy to have selected the location. Then as the summer passed peacefully, a new school year began.

The very next afternoon three young boys, full of youthful vigor, in their after-school enthusiasm, came down the street, beating merrily on every trash can they encountered. The crashing percussion continued day after day, until finally the wise old professor decided it was time to take some reaction to this action.

The next afternoon, he walked out of his house to meet the young percussionists as they banged their way down the street, making so much of Music.

Stopping them, he said, "Hi Kidoos, Looks like You kids are having a lot of fun. I like to see you express your exuberance like that. It’s good for health. In fact, I used to do the same thing when I was your age. Will you do me a favor? I'll give you each a Five Rupee coin if you'll promise to come around every day and do your thing."

The kids were elated and continued to do a bang-up job on the trash cans with lot more vigor and enthusiasm. The professor’s wife was sad and used to complain to the Professor. The Professor used to Smile all the while...

After a few days, the old-timer greeted the kids again, but this time he had a sad smile on his face. "This recession's really putting a big dent in my income," he told them. "From now on, I'll only be able to pay you two Rupee Coin to beat on the cans."

The noisemakers were obviously displeased, but they accepted his offer and continued their afternoon ruckus.

A few days later, the wily retired lecturer approached them again as they drummed their way down the street.

"Look," he said, "I haven't received my pension check as yet, so I'm not going to be able to give you more than One Rupee Coin. Will that be okay?"

"What Just A One Rupee?" the drum leader exclaimed. "If you think we're going to waste our time, beating these cans around for a One Rupee Coin, you're nuts! No way, Old Man. We quit!"

And the old man enjoyed peace and serenity for the rest of his days. So sometimes it helps to let the mischief makers make merry. If you cannot beat them join them and don't delay the solution of problem, in the hope that it will go away or be addressed by somebody else. Kids will remain kids.. So better initiate the Change their way. Stop Kicking Urself, Stomp the mischief your way..oops Their Way. Tins are merely a representation of the habits we too have, just like Kids.
