Olympic Torch Relay!

The Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch has arrived India from Pakistan, alas the torch relay in Delhi c’nt be witnessed by anyone including the school students. The scheduled relay is shortened to two and a half kilometers due to the threat by Tibetan protesters. The traditional sanctity of the run is diluted and its now only a mock exercise. If the run c’nt be witnessed by public, is it required to perform this act resulting waste of several millions of Rupees for the Govt. Exchequer and causing much inconvenience to public?
