I placed the order on the date mentioned 2013-06-25 22:20:16 the order had two item one is and Western Digital WDBBEP0010BSL 1TB My Passport USB 3.0 Hard Disk Drive - Silver external HDD, and the other item was Dell Vostro 2520 Ci3 2nd Gen/ 2GB/ 500GB/ Dos Laptop payment received I got the verification call on 06/26/2013 at 10:32 am after that I got the message at 12:39pm that my order ID 9669105_02 has been cancelled by the seller as the item is out of stock, first thing why it was not mentioned on the website that item is out of stock other thing the payment should have been taken once you are sure that you will be able to deliver the product. The most important of all I raised the concern on customer support on 06/26/2013 around 4 PM (which is under 24 hours of placing the order, and in my account option I was not getting the option of request cancellation) as the computer order has been cancelled then please cancel the order of external HDD as well, what will I do with an external HDD without computer and the most important reason to cancel the order was that external HDD is less than 5k and it’s payment could not be converted into EMI. But in response I am getting message today that my external HDD order is ready to deliver and courier tracking will be informed to you I don’t why instead of informing them that please cancel the order still I am getting that external HDD.


I have been shopping with tradus since 2010, you have all records and this is the worst experience I had with tradus, I will not place the order with them in future.
