I bought the Orbitrek Elite from RP telebuy skyshop pvt ltd on 16th of November 2011 there was some defect with the product and the installing person jagan called his manager and assure that they will repair or replace the product the next day, office is in archana arcade secunderabad. But till now after many calls also there is no response. I called to Chennai head office there also no response. I suggest please don’t buy this product, better to buy any other.
