Have you experienced airtel broadband service recently? I used to appreciate the great custsomer service by airtel few years back and now, it is completely opposite... I am facing problems in my broadband connection, raised multiple requests but no resolution.... I keep getting calls from their customer care but no one comes to resolve.. or if someone comes, he doesnt know anything....

Moreover, requests get closed without real solution... and you dont have option to reopen requests.... for the period when my connection was not working, they gave me credit of some small amount, when asked for basis, no answer... on other side, their recovery people keeps calling....

Do you also have similar experience with airtel... can someone guide me how should I take it up this issue with higher ups of airtel including sunil mittal.....

Overall be careful of airtel service.....
