As some some of my friends told me that LG have the most poor service level in the world I am also facing the same.

I a registered a service complaint almost one month before and still waiting for the proper response.

I have called customer care almost 20 time(they even don't have the update.)

Riaz 8588842531 at least 10 time(this guy told me in last call that he is admitted to the hospital while loud music sound was coming from his side over phone) not picking the phone now

Skib 8588842536 10 time at least(this is the persone who vist at my home first time at took the not working part with him. now he told me'I don't know anything about this') never picks the phone.

but nobody wants to reply proper
