Infibeam is a big cheat company ..........they r giving faulty product ....and very poor customer services...

and their delivery time is not fast, my order id is 9634847....they delivered me my ordered item after so long ...even I called them 100 times to delivered my item asap..............when the item came to me ..it was damage .

I gave rs. 300 to the plumber to install the geyser ..which is loss for me .....and Rs, 50 to uninstall .

I called to Infibeam many times to replace the item ....and they took back their item but I am still waiting for replacement .............what to do ...( In already paid for this)..............they are fake people.

Vijay called me and he said tht I am a Team leader and assure me to resolve this asap within 48 hrs.... but still.....??????????????????????????????????????????????????

so, my suggestion is do not shop from Infibeam.com ever...I strongly recommend it.

BAD experience

AND THEY TOOK BACK THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT ON 23/11/2012..........AND TODAY IS 30-NOVEMBER-12 ...BUT STILL THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER MY ORDER AND DONT EVEN BOTHERING THT THEY SHOULD CALL ME FOR UPDATE OF MY ORDER, BUT NO ......

I CALLED THEM ON 29/11/12, AND ONE OF THIER EXECUTIVE SAID THT THEY WILL RE-SHIP OF MY ORDER ON 4-DECEMBER OR MAY BE ON 6TH -DECEMBER......................SO GUYS U CAN CALCULATE THE TIME ......I ORDERED ON 2ND - NOVEMBER-2012.

SEE THEIR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS THEY ARE PROVIDING .....
