I had purchased a IFB washing machine about 10 years back and I know what my family has gone through in these 10 years. The m/c frequently breaks down. Washing is of poor quality, The important point is that the front panel on which the operational instructions are mentined fad away after some time and there by making it difficult to use.The service providers appointed by the company do not have qualified technicians. Their visits prove to be costly as the spare parts are highly priced and most of the time the parts require replacements.The machine makes such a loud noise that we had to shift the same to our terrace area and have to close the doors while the m/c is in operation. In short the the m/c needs technology upgradtion as well as the compnay should appoint the proper qualified service providers who can provide the service to the satisfaction of clients thereby giving some relief to the users.
