As clearly mentioned in our policy, support for third-party panels or development-related issues is outside the scope of our hosting support.

Following that, you also requested a free upgrade to cPanel, a paid licensed panel. Since it is not possible to provide licensed panels free of cost, we extended the best available discounts as a goodwill gesture to assist you.

Please note, we are still here and available to help you with any server-related issues that fall under our scope. However, website development, third-party panel configurations, or application-level troubleshooting are not included in our hosting support.
