I cancelled my ticket TG 2364692894 on 8.50 pm vide transaction id 25445784. I got a confirmation on 8.54 that my ticket is cancelled & refund processed.
Redbus deducted 750 as cancellation charges applicable for cancellation after 9pm. Redbus should have deducted only 375 as it was done before 9 pm.
Please guys donot book ticket, they are crooks
