I booked a ticket using redbus on 10th june 2012 morning for same midnight journey from BLR-MAS thru GEEPEE travels but I decided to cancel my tickets during evening and when I checked with redbus for cancellation the customer service person named Sharma was rude over the phone and he confirmed that this ticket cannot be cancelled, Then when I checked the ticket on cancellation policy it shows GEEPEE travels does allow to cancell the ticket if it is within 24hrs there should be some policy for customer freindly which - so these guys either redbus or geepee travels needs money if we book the tickets on the same day but when it comes to cancellation NO refund. there should understand that if it is booked within 24hrs we should be ok for 50% cancellation but no refund is like roberry.
