As advised in our T&C, if any discount is availed while making reservation with us. then the same amount will be deducted from the total amount, if the same reservation is cancelled.

Below are the T&C , for your reference, which are advised on our website.

In addition to these charges , company charges handling fees of rs 200 per person per sector for online (via our site) cancellation and rs 250 per person per sector for offline (via phone or email ) cancellation .

For all non refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee will be equal to base fare or INR.950, whichever is higher.

In case you buy an insurance & cancel the ticket, INR 30/- will be charged as cancellation charges.

For bookings made under special offer, the applicable discount amount shall be deducted from the final refund amount.

Convenience charge paid at the time of booking is a non refundable fee.

The amount disputed by you is the same amount which was deducted as discount, when you made this reservation with us.
