I have suffered a loss of Rs.60/- within a week at different times by Reliance Communication. I am bearing a Reliance Prepaid mobile with the number 09338439597. On 21st March 2009 I have lost Rs.30/- without subscribingany caller tunes or entering to R- World. Again, on 26th March 2009 I have lost Rs.30/- in the same manner. On enquiry I came to know from Customer Care that I have entered the R- World and subscribed the mantra pack around 8:30 p.m to 9 p.m which I have not done. Now, I have decidednot to recharge my mobile until I am compensated for my loss. I was compelled to bring the matter to your notice as the Customer Care has turned a deaf ear to this matter.
