I happened to more interested in knowing and exploring retail boom by many of private giants.I keep buying things at Spencers,More,Subhiksha,Reliance Fresh,Niligiris retail outlets across the country.But I found during past six months, the quality of products,services and overall standards are diminishing in ths case of Reliance Refresh Retial out lets.They talk BIG!They advertise BIG!But nothing seems good at ground.If you buy Potatoes/Tomotoes/other green veggies you find them rottneded and Prices at not so cheap as compare to local shops.The sales executives are arrogant,careless and found missing at most of shops.Even thier rapport with local suppliers are very bad.They do not settle bills on procurement for months together.When you try to reach thier higher authorities, you need to wait for hours together at thier zonal offices.They sack employees ruthlessly (as happened in Reliance IPCL in Gujarat,Reliance Agro in UP,Reliance Petro Pumps all over nation,..etc.,)They have proved again thier high degree of exploitation of both consumers,employees and farmers as being done in Textiles/petro/Telecom sectors.Ofcourse no body can beat them except by Great GOD as they are care takers of our democartic Government.So never opt for purchase of any of Reliance products unless you have been employed and gifted by them.
