Your INCOME will never jump ahead of your QUALITY and PERSONALITY.

Sometime , I hear from people that we have the potential but cant't earn MONEY.

Here is a BITTER TRUTH that an INDIVIDUAL'S EARNING is equivalent to his QUALITY and PERSONALITY.

He is earning the right AMOUNT

If you have to increase your INCOME then despite of chasing HARD WORK FOR LONG HOURS ,start working upon YOURSELF .

WORKING UPON YOURSELF meant PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

It is said that if YOU make a collection of money from all-over the WORLD and then DISTRIBUTE eqully to every INDIVIDUAL then within the TWO YEARS money will go back to their original places.

It means that EARNING MONEY and MANAGING MONEY ,both are two different SKILLS.

If YOU want to be SUCCESSFUL YOU have to LEARN and READ.

Here READING and LEARNING do not mean that YOU have to go to school and college back .

No,NOT AT ALL.

You have to learn YOURSELF. Learn from the most successful people through their BOOKS.

Two well said IDIOMS I remember here that -

YOU BECOME WHAT YOU THINK, MOST OF THE TIME and

YOU BECOME WHAT YOU READ MOST OF THE TIME.

So if you want be a SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS MAN then you have to read the BUSINESS BOOKS .

If you want to be rich then you just have to read the books written by the SELF-MADE MILLIONAIRES .

Most of the people think that its FOOLISH but I know You are not as them.

Well, Books are our best friends but in school and college s we were fimiliar with only ACADEMIC BOOKS ,right . So, we generally don't like them .

But the case I am telling is completely opposite.

THE MORE YOU LEARN THE MORE YOU EARN.

Its a UNIVERSAL TRUTH.

Want to grow personality wise ,YOU have to LEARN .

LEARNING is the only SECRET of SUCCESS and POSITIVE GROWTH.

FOR EXAMPLE - Your INCOME is Rs. 50K/month and you want to increase it to 200K i.e. 2 lakh/month.

Now don't CHASE Rs.2 lakh rather LEARN the SKILLS required and gather the Knowledge required to earn Rs. 2 lakh.

Thats the simple fundamental.

Most of the don't understand that CHASING money is not the solution but CHANGING and UPGRADING your QUALITY and VALUE is the ONLY SOLUTION.

And what I call this is PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

VALUE CREATES the different RESULTS.

WORKING HARDER for LONG HOURS doesn't create better result .

The ONLY ONE THING you can do is to improve yourself and learn the REQUIRED SKILLS .

Such a simple fundamental people don't get.
