Dear Mr Technician @Samsung Home Appliances,


It has been over 48 hours that I brought my dishwasher and have been waiting for you to drop by for a demonstration/first run. Ain’t you lazy or maybe you just don’t care! I was assured to receive a call and demonstration within 48 hours after purchase by the retailer and the CSAs from “Samsung Customer Care”.(Oh BTW, just ask them to lose the word CARE, it doesn’t go well with them). Who I think just read some script but answer any of my questions straight. I have called the retailer twice and the customer care four times in the last two days to urge for a quick demonstration. Hope you have received the message. If you have, kindly call and SHOW UP! I’m scheduled to travel this weekend, sorry but we will not be available to entertain you any sooner. If you think you are the one entertaining us, get your service and service timeline claims straight before the sale.
