Samsung India support is easily the worst support I've ever seen. All you get is canned answers and no action. I raised a complaint about a Samsung appliance and I was promised that it would be attended to in under 24 hours. It's been 7 days now and after numerous calls to their helpline, all I keep hearing is that they have sent a request to the service center.

Truly disappointed with the lack of service and commitment from Samsung. Never ever will buy another product from Samsung again.
