I had purchased a Samsung LCD TV LA40 In 650 for Rs 72,000. on 26-June-2009. The TV panel devloped fault on 04 June-13 and requires replacement after Technician visited. However on 09-June the Local Service Center advised spares not available and will compensate as per company policy with 49% depriciation. Today is 25-June-13 I have yet to receive the cheque. I have made endless calls and message to CEO on their website and wish to express my disppointment on their slow. The cheque is still under process. I seek legal support against Manufacturer for not providing spares , extremely low compensation , mental harrasement and humiliation. Is the 49% depreciation correct ? I do feel despite suffering major loss the delay has caused much anxiety I have lost faith in Samsung Product and Customer Care Support.
