A man and his wife were having some problems at home and had stopped talking to each other.

Suddenly, the man realized in one evening that on the next day, he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 am for an early morning business flight and the only available alarm clock at home was not working. Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and loose), he wrote on a piece of paper, "Please wake me up at 5:00 am, tomorrow morning". He had left it where he knew for sure that she would find it.

The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 am and obviously, he had missed his flight. He was absolutely furious and was about to go and find out why his wife hadn't wakened him, then he noticed a piece of paper by the bed. The paper said, "It is 5:00 am. Wake up."
