I bought a headset from Croma in January 2009. In April the connectivity would occasionally drop even if my phone was just in my pocket, (2 feet away.) A visit to the service centre ended with a "nothing wrong" diagnosis as the problem could not be recreated for their benefit.
On the 5th of May the connectivity dissapeared. When I was finally able to go to the service centre at Marble Arch, (Vadodara) at 6:20 pm I found they were turning away people because they closed at 6:00 pm. I asked them how they expected working people to use their products if they worked at these times only.
Another customer also raised the same issue. An employee shouted at him and then told us in very loud and unfreindly tones that we were welcome to call the call centre no. or email id given on the wall.
Not exactly the type of customer service I look forward to. Disgusting and spoilt whatever was left of my day.
Sony Ericsson should wake up and see the light. No service after 6:00 pm? This is the age of 24/7.
