Stay away from Landlord TRCH Prasad(Bhavanam Empire Homes, Plot No.94 & 95, Flat-401, Madinaguda, Near Praanam Hospital, and Hyderabad-500050).He is such a strait who will somehow manage to take your security deposit and will not give once you leave his house. Beware of such type of people who always take benefit from you and in return deceive you. He broke my car side mirror and didn’t even inform me.It cost me Rs. 3000 to change my car’s side mirror. Such a negative minded and greedy person he is.I never asked for any money for any small electric and plumbing fixes during my stay of 3.5 years.I almost spent 10 k for my kent machine due to bad water and electricity fluctuation. My three UPS were gone during this period just because of electricity fluctuation but I never complained about anything. At the end, when I moved to my own flat, he didn’t return my 1 month desposit.I told him that we are Brahmins and giving you donation.
