here the story continuing.....


for past few days I was busy, I did not call to the great people ( Airtel) regardign my slow browsing issue, even though I am goin mad while browsign becuse of MIND BLOWING speed


today morning , I was going out on a small work and I met one of my frnd who is from my aparment


(some days back he enquired about the speed of my internet conncection provided by the GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER


I felt little shame to let him know the CYCLONIC speed of my internet connection---i didn't tell him)


he came to me in a deligh with a big smile and told me that he got a new internet connection ( from a diffrent service provider- the provider also into mobile industry) with a good speed of 100kbps at the rate what I am paying right now.


I went to my work....my mind filled with the internet connection only...really.


I came back from my work. I came to a decission to disconnec the internet connection.


I entered into my room and I dialed the PEOPLE-----one girl ---Welcome to airtel , could you confirm the telephone number and name


me---- some blah blah blah blah


she--thank you


me--I want to cancell my broad band connection.


girl--may I know the reason sir,


me-slow browsign


She offered me some assistance, but I did not want to increse her AHT (Average Handling Time---the time to complete a customer call)


For the time being she explained me the procedure to cancell the connection , she told me that she would escalate the case to her next level and she did it.


After 40 minutes I got a call --the caller was mr xxxx from retention department to retain the customers with AIRTEL


as I told you in my last post--even this guy not aware of the speed and what is the 80% of 64 kbps, he told me that he would look into the issue and would send a SERVICE ENGINEER.


As he promised the ENGINEER came to my home after one hour.

A FAKE WEBSITE TO PROVE THE SPEED


SAME netstat TO PROVE THE VIRUS POINT


NOTHING HAS CHANGED....NOTHING


EVEN THIS GUY ALSO DO NOT KNOW BASIC MATHS....ACCORDING TO THIS IDIOT GUY THE 80% OF 64 KBPS IS 8 KBPS


the guy finally conlcuded that , that is maximum speed I can get.


I told that guy on the spot to disconnect the connection, but he called his boss and the other person wanted to talk to me


the other person tried to convence me by offerign a upgradation of the connection which would costs me another 300 p.m and nothing but S


i dont know y airtel is selecting guys like these or might be these guys are acting oversmart to cover their mistakes.
